This document defines the parties involved in the Agreement, the type of property for rental, the time span of the agreement, the amount for which the rental agreement has been agreed upon and, very important, the terms and conditions to be observed by the Landlord and the Tenant during the Lease Term.
WHAT ARE THE BENNEFITS OF A RENTAL AGREEMENT?
Having a written, signed Agreement serves as common ground to create a less stressful living environment. Disagreements can be resolved with a simple review of the contract, and it acts as proof in case of necessary legal action. It serves as a tool to protect the rights of both parties involved.
